Crispy Daikon and Potato Cakes

Like latkes, with black sesame seeds and a touch of wasabi. Make sure your daikon is wrung dry. Sorry there’s no recipe–I started out with one, then fussed with it beyond recognition. My advice is to use a good latke recipe, substitute 1/2 the potatoes for daikon, and add a bit of spice if it suits you.
