Cranberry Orange Scones

This recipe for scones is endlessly versatile–I’ve used agave in place of maple syrup, homemade chai in place of the orange juice, coconut oil in place of the canola. The orange zest on top of the orange glaze nudges this particular version over the edge for me. If you’ve never made a glaze, the ease will astonish you–pour fresh juice into powdered sugar until it’s the consistency you desire!
